The price of Linear Programming for

orders (overseas orders, please add $2.00 for
postage--total of $22). You will receive a CD which contains
the text for all the chapters in PDF format. The total text is about
500 pages. Print the chapters you're interested in when you need
them! The CD version is the only one available at the present time. Your
CD will be mailed promptly by USPS first class mail upon receipt of your
